Returns & Warranty

Every Nexuscore prebuilt is hand-assembled, stress-tested and ships with a 3-year parts & labour warranty. We want you to be 100% happy with your build — here's how returns work.
1. 14-day change of mind
You can return an unmodified prebuilt within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the build price. The PC must be in original condition with all packaging, accessories and the build certificate included. Return shipping is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns.
2. Faulty on arrival
If your PC arrives damaged or fails within 30 days of delivery, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We'll arrange a free collection and either replace the faulty parts, repair the system or issue a full refund — your choice.
3. 3-year warranty
- Years 1–3: parts & labour cover on every component we shipped.
- Free collection and return within mainland UK.
- Cover is voided by physical damage, unauthorised modification or liquid spills.
4. Lifetime build support
Even after warranty ends, you keep direct access to the builder who assembled your PC for diagnostic and upgrade advice — at no charge.
5. How to start a return
Email support@nexuscorepc.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We'll reply within one working day with an RMA number and prepaid label where applicable.
6. Exclusions
- Software issues unrelated to hardware (Windows reinstalls, driver conflicts).
- Cosmetic wear from normal use.
- Components added by you after delivery.
