Shipping Policy — Nexuscore

Every Nexuscore PC is hand-built to order, then carefully packed and insured. Lead time and shipping cost depends on the build and your location — full details below.

1. Build lead time

Standard prebuilts: 5–7 working days from order confirmation.
Limited Edition prebuilts: 7–10 working days.
Custom builds: quoted on a per-order basis.

2. UK shipping

Mainland UK courier (insured, signed, next-day after dispatch): £29.
Highlands & Islands: £49.
Northern Ireland: £39.

3. International shipping

EU: £79–£139 depending on country and weight.
USA & Canada: £179.
Rest of world: quoted on request.

International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). Import duties and local taxes are payable by the recipient.

4. Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email the day your build leaves our workshop. Most UK orders deliver the next working day after dispatch.

5. Damaged in transit

Inspect the parcel before signing. If the outer carton is visibly damaged, please sign as “damaged” and email support@nexuscorepc.com within 48 hours so we can open an insurance claim and arrange a replacement.

6. Delays

Component shortages and courier delays occasionally happen. If your build will ship late we'll email you with a revised date and a £25 store credit by way of an apology.
